DECEMBER

Updating about my life again. December has been really busy. Had my birthday celebration too with the people I love! I wish myself a year wiser! Hahas! In a blink, few more days to the end of the year 2013. How fast! Well I do not do much of resolution every year end. I just thanks God for the year and praying the next can be better. Perhaps this will be my last post of 2013. Am not sure if I will have the time to blog again before 2013. Hehe

These few days been busying taking care of my grandma at my cousin house. Maid went back hometown for holidays and I still have one or more weeks to go. Taking care of elderly not an easy job. But I am glad my grandma at this age is still able to do a lot things by herself. All I got to do is cook for her, making sure she eats at the right timing, taking medicine, bath her, clear her urine and wash her clothing. Everything is okay for me except sometime cleaning the urine really make me feeling nausea. I hope in future when I grow old, I can be as strong as my grandma. Also hoping my children will do the same in taking care of me and my husband.

Before coming to take care of my grandma, I actually spent one whole week with love's family. They came Singapore for holidays. Everyone got to work for the first few days. So I was in charge to bring them around and taking care of his parents and the kids. Had great bonding with them. I must say they really dote me a lot. That week we went many places for shopping and also for playing!

On Christmas Eve, met with love's sis and sis in law for a dinner before meeting the gf(s) for countdown. They bought us a couple tee and I really like the color of it!

Aftermath, met my gf(s) at downtown east ktv for some singing and counting down. Exchanged gifts when the clock strikes midnight. Thanks to my Santa Pei Ying for the present that I always wanted. Cause my old bottle is really old!

And during Christmas itself, went on a dating with love. He said he will not be giving me any gifts this Christmas because the laptop I received is supposed to be a whole year present! But he surprised me again with my favourite! A camera, a little different from my previous camera. A camera that I always dream of having but it was too expensive for me. I am really happy! :D Though a little heartache for him to spend so much on a present. It is also my belated birthday present! Thank you Dear for putting so much effort on me. Really thankful! <3

Expected results x Running x Food

My results are out and are what I have expected. :( Econs is really my weakness! No time to regret, I shall continue to work hard for next year. Thanks to my love and dad for comforting me and of course these two cutie for cheering me up! I felt so much better afterwards. 

Let's not talk about studies. On Tuesday, love and I went for a run with our new pair of running shoes. It was our first time running together. I am glad we did it after so much talking about exercising and keeping fit. We finally make the choice to run and the bad weather did not stop us. It felt so great after all the sweating. 

Last few days met my cousin to discuss one of my cousin wedding that is going to happen next week! So many things to prepare. My sis and I are in charge to deco the place for the wedding lunch/ROM. So happy for my cousin! The day we met up we went to try Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King Four Seasons at Bugis Village. Their ramen is good however their soup base is a little salty for my taste. It was fully packed on a Friday night. Thank goodness I managed to make reservation.

Cherish

As seen in the title, Cherish... This afternoon read a heartening blog. If you guys have seen the news recently a fire burnt down a house and caused two dead. The young adult was from TP. Though I do not know him but I felt so sad for his gf. They just celebrated their first anniversary and now everything has turned into memories. People are always reminded to cherish the people around them. But again, how much have we cherish? We only remember every little bad things and hold hatred. This post is also to remind myself of the kinship and friendship I have and also the love that showered on me.

Keep that emotion aside. There is something I should be happy about today! I have won a pair of tickets to the preview screening of Commitment!! Yeah! As many of my friends know I admire T.O.P, this is his second movie and will be screening in cinema soon! Cannot wait to catch it first with my love. I shall go get prepare now. Keep fighting for the rest of the week! x

Holidays

My exams are finally over. However I am so worried for the results. Praying for the best! 

Shall put my worries aside and enjoy the holidays first. Love and I discovered a cosy cafe, Wimbly Lu at Serangoon area. We went on a sat and it was very packed. I visited there twice and waited for 30-45mins to get our seats. I will suggest everyone to go on a weekday. Even though the waiting was long, their desserts and beverage were pretty good! Super love their root beer cake with ice cream which melts in your mouth and taste like root beer float. Very interesting! Their waffle with salted caramel ice cream is good too! The waffle is so fluffy!!

Love and I went to experience the premium movie at Shaw Nex which we chose to catch the movie Thor. This was to celebrate our month-sary and also the end of my exams. We both like the experience, being able to lie down on a leather chair and enjoy our favourite movie with a huge bowl of popcorn!

On 8th Nov, we went for Josephine's rom. Love met his ex colleague and all had a small catch up.

Sunday met my girlfriends at the Tiramisu Hero. A great place for chilling and gathering.

The cafe was well deco with all the cute graphic on the wall and beautiful lighting. 

The cutest toilet I ever visited, with all the colourful fluffy balls hanging on the ceiling.

Their tiramisu was delicious. We tried the holicks flavour. 

Isn't it cute to have tiramisu in a jar?
